We are proud to present the newest piano film score based album "Raw Imperfections" from Lawrence Lindell. Starting and ending the album with a portion of an interview Lindell did in 2013 under the alias LAw, "Raw Imperfections" is Lindell's best efforts to push his music career into new, but slightly familiar territory. Lindell has been working on some of the piano compositions for the last few years and is finally ready to push them out to the world. The album is a fusion of straight piano compositions, score compositions and beats that samples the piano compositions Lindell composed for this album. The album cover, which is a young Lindell at the age of 8 months in front of a Casio keyboard, brings everything full circle and completes the project.

About the album from Lindell himself

I have been working on a film score for a short film from Simulation Seven that is based off the music from the first EP my label Noise met Sound released 3 years ago and that has really rekindled my love for composing and scoring films. I have scored a few shorts and animations, but "When Noise met Sound" is the first major project I have been apart of. Then, not so long ago, a good friend of mine who is an animator in the industry approached me about scoring his animated short film. This further instilled the next step I want to take in my music career, and lit the fire for this album. I decided before those projects come out, I wanted to finish and release this piano film score based album. I stepped away from music last year with my "last" solo album "Lawrence Lindell". Really I wanted to tell the world it was my last solo electronic album, but I didn't want any expectations or hint that I had been working on this piano/film score album. This album is my transition into scoring films, animation, T.V and Web series.
